Before we dispatch

Tell us as soon as you can. If the cylinder has not left us, we cancel and refund the payment method you used, including uk cylinder delivery.

After delivery

Distance-selling cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is 14 days from the day you receive the goods, for new, unopened cylinders. We also offer a 30-day window for sealed cylinders in original condition.

We accept returns of new, unopened cylinders only. Once the seal or valve cap is broken, or any gas is used, we cannot take it back except where the goods are faulty or not as described.

You pay return postage unless the item is faulty. There is no restocking fee. Full rules are on the returns page.
